What a wonderful Pow Wow at Warm Springs, yesterday. I was moved by the strength experienced by Littleleaf's words and being. On our journey home as we listened to his CD, I had many questions arise about my own spiritual being and was concerned for those many places effected by my life here. I really appreciate the start of this other journey, I now go. As I do my beadwork I will walk on this path I was drawn to. Thank you, Birdie.

I am the Communications Coordinator for the Sanson Cree Nation of Hobbema, Alberta, Canada. I am the Newsletter Editor for our Nation and I would love to be on your mailing list for your newsletter. Quite possibly even submit an ad of your Pow-wow Cruises in our paper. The summer holidays are just aroudn the corner & a Pow-wow Cruise just might be what some of our Pow-wow circuit individuals & families are looking for. In regards to getting away, but still being able to Pow-wow.

I am the previous President of the native American Student Association at Illinois State University. We are located in Normal, Illinois. Our Native population is very tiny here in this community. We hope to help this population grow. In doing this, we help educate ISU on current Native American cultures & issues. We encourage Native students to come to college in our university. Our goals are to create a Native American education program... especially in this area. Champaign, Illinoi (located about 45 miles away) have an Indian mascot that we are trying to retire. On a personal level... I want to go on the East Coast Pow Wow Cruise. I have wanted to meet Joanne Shenandoah & Bill Miller for years now... I hope to get enough money for the opportunity of my lifetime. Is there any discount for students? Just wondering... I am trying to make my dreams come true. Achuckma, Tammie
